The main recall over headlights applies to 313,000 Crown Victorias and Mercury Grand Marquis, all 2003 to 2005 model years.
Ford revealed in a press note that the solder joints on the lighting module could crack and interrupt power to the headlamps, which increases the risk of a crash at night.
One person received minor injuries in a crash associated with the headlight failure, Ford said. The recall covers 15,000 vehicles sold in Canada.
The 2015 Ford F-150 SuperCrew trucks have seat belt pretensioner cables that may not be attached properly.
It came after USA safety regulators opened an investigation into the problem that found 15 crashes and one injury. The recall affects older models of the Crown Victoria sedan, while a separate recall has been issued for new model trucks and vans for other various issues.

There are a total of 177 vehicles that might be affected in North America, including 167 in the United States and federalized territories, and 10 in Canada. Over 1,170 of the vehicles are in the US and about 100 are located in Canada. The automaker says the 2016 Ford F-650 and F-750 trucks have brake hoses that could make contact with the rear axle housing while the trucks are moving.
This condition could cause a leak, thus diminishing braking performance and increasing the risk of a crash.
The affected vehicles were built from January 22, 2015 through March 17, 2015. Neither issue has caused an accident or injury, according to Ford.
A schedule hasn’t been announced for the recall.
Dealers will install a rear brake air chamber replacement at no cost to the customer.
