Can the New York Giants claim the NFC East?

The game was a microcosm of the Giants’ season – with their warts exposed for all to see, yet with opportunities still presenting themselves for success. With the game tied in the fourth quarter, Odell Beckham Jr. slipped 5 yards behind the secondary to score the go-ahead 84-yard touchdown, and the Giants forged a three-way tie atop the NFC East by beating Miami 31-24 Monday night.

Odell Beckham scored the last two touchdowns of the game, securing the win for the Giants. They’ll look to improve their standing against the Titans next Sunday, and they’ll finish the season with division games against the Jets and Dolphins. The last time Beckham jr. recorded less than 100 yards receiving was in October. The latter pass was initially ruled incomplete, because Beckham was out of bounds, but the decision was overturned by a replay review that made the score 24-24. Check. A maddening unwillingness to commit to one running back among Rashad Jennings, Williams, Shane Vereen and Orleans Darkwa?

The Giants (6-7) are tied for first place in the NFC East with the Washington Redskins and the Philadelphia Eagles, both of whom won their games on Sunday. “They also have one hell of a quarterback, one hell of a tight end.

After three consecutive losses, the Giants finally win.

The teams were tied 17-17 at the half as Miller had scoring runs of 14 and 38 yards, and Miami also got a 36-yard field goal by kicker Andrew Franks.

Chicago Bears safety Antrel Rolle will miss the remainder of the season because of a sprained right knee. J.T. Thomas and Craig Dahl each had a chance to bring him down on the 14-yarder.

Thanks to the New York Giants defeating the Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football this evening, the Week 16 contest at TCF Bank Stadium between the Giants and Vikings has officially been moved to NBC’s Sunday Night Football.

In celebration of the franchise’s 50th season, the Dolphins introduced their 50 greatest players at halftime.

The Bengals (10-3) haven’t clinched their fifth straight playoff spot yet, but they lead the AFC North by two games over Pittsburgh (8-5). He had what some are calling the best game of his career, going 27 for 31 passing for 337 yards while slinging four scores.

But just as important was how they finished off the Dolphins. But with 1:52 left in the period, Manning was at his best, completing three straight passes – including a 45-yard bomb to Beckham over the middle – to get the Giants to the Miami 5.
