It seems like good news for the iPhone users that they can now post Live pictures to the Facebook in upcoming days.
Despite the name, Live Photos actually lets users capture a few seconds of video, including audio – and we know Facebook wants nothing more than for people to be creating, sharing, and streaming more video.
Although only iPhone 6S and 6S Plus users can now take Live Photos, Facebook allows any device running iOS 9 to view them – meaning the iPhone 4S and beyond.

In September 2015, Live Photos feature was first introduced by Apple when it released the iPhone 6s.
The Live Photos will be the gathering of events that will depend on what occurs before or after capturing the photo. Apple is reassuring that the feature will continue to roll out among the broad user base over the next several weeks.
Uploading Live Photos on Facebook is now as easy as tapping a button. However, you can click on the concentric circles you can now see on your live photos to watch the 1.5 seconds of video/audio.
Despite an update having rolled out this morning, only some Facebook users have stated that they are able to view Live Photos. So if you are excited about this feature but still can’t use it, just sit tight and your update should be coming soon.
In our online era of recycled GIFs and memes, Live Photos allow you to bring a touch of realism to the party.
