New Trailer Arrives For Zootopia

Walt Disney Animation Studios released a new trailer for Zootopia, and as expected, it’s adorable.

The film’s previous trailer revealed a pretty ingenious gag involving sloths who work at the DMV, which is not topped by this more traditional trailer-although it does feature a pretty solid Godfather joke.

The movie looks action-packed, hysterical and sweet – even though we kind of saw the entire movie just now. The two minute clip gives us a peak into what’s happening in the bustling city-“a melting pot where animals from every environment live together”.

Directed by Byron Howard and Rich Moore and co-directed by Jared Bush, Zootopia takes place in the animal-filled city of the same name, as it follows optimistic Officer Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin). Along with Goodwin and Bateman, it features the vocal talents of Idris Elba (Chief Bogo, the police boss), J.K. Simmons (Mayor Lionheart), and Shakira (Gazelle) who also contributes music to the film – including the song in the trailer.
