Chinese Smartphone handset company, Lenovo is getting geared up to introduce the new successor of K3 Note, the K4 Note with 3GB of RAM, on January 5th in India. The company has been promoting the phone on social media for a while now. And today, in a tweet, Lenovo has confirmed officially that the Lenovo K4 Note will be packing 3GB of RAM under its hood. The K3 note which was launched six months ago in June 2015 was a grand success for Lenovo.
Lenovo put up a teaser on its Twitter account with a caption – “A killer phone always has killer security”.
There was speculation in closed circles earlier that it will have 32GB of inbuilt storage, which is double over its predecessor’s 16GB. The metal frame of the 5.5-inch display delights and the fingerprint sensor along with the full HD screen resolution of 1080×1920 pixels mesmerizes the eye. It might also be coming up with a Fingerprint scanner. There are not any details available about the phone’s camera, we expect it to feature a 13MP rear snapper and an 8MP front-facing camera. Well, that’s a good improvement, as the K3 Note came with 2GB of RAM. In the run-up to the event, Lenovo has teased a key feature on the forthcoming phablet.
Currently, the company has 6 million capacity in its Chennai factory and it has plans to ramp up its production capacity to 10 million units in 2016.
