‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Teresa Giudice Gets Early Christmas Gift

January 03 21:44 2016

Teresa Giudice (JOO’-dys) will be released Wednesday from the Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in CT, her lawyer said. Sources tell TMZ that she plans to go straight home to Joe and the kids, then on Christmas Eve, they will join sister-in-law and fellow RHONJ star Melissa Gorga.

We hear Giudice, who will be released in the morning, has been asking for her first stop in the vehicle ride home to be the first Starbucks she sees, since she has been “craving a cappuccino” while behind bars.

“You never know how strong you are until it’s the only choice you have”, was Teresa Guidice’s tagline during the opening credits of the sixth season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Either way, it seems like just yesterday that Teresa was lying to herself on camera about a hopeful New Year ahead of her that didn’t include a 15-month prison sentence. The star will reportedly spend Christmas Eve with husband Joe Giudice and their four children at brother Joe Gorga’s house.

Joe Giudice is scheduled to begin serving his sentence in March 2016.

The couple initially pleaded not guilty in 2013 to 39 counts, including mail fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud, making false statements on loan applications and failure to file tax returns.
