Eagles RT Johnson: Kelly unapproachable

However, when you factor in Kelly’s quirks, his questionable personnel decisions, and his unconventional approach to coaching and building a team, you have the makings of a coach who, for lack of better words, dug his own grave.

Lurie doesn’t regret taking a risk to hire Kelly. You get a fresh breath of air and you’ve just got to make the most of the opportunity. You don’t see a lot of, whoever the first coach is, the second coach is a carbon copy of the first coach, the third coach is kind of a carbon copy of the second coach.
