A Cruz, Rubio battle over undecided Iowans intensifies

His campaign said his boots’ brand is Florshiem, where boots’ price range from $120 to $165 for a pair.

Rubio unveiled what appeared to be black, leather boots with a thick heel during his trip to New Hampshire on January 3.

On Monday, New York Times reporter Michael Barbaro tweeted a photograph of Rubio’s heeled footwear, commenting on the “seriously fashionable” kicks that walked the New Hampshire streets.

“‘Morning Joe’ Gang Laughs At Marco Rubio’s High-Heeled Boots” is categorized as “life and leisure”.

GOP contender and Kentucky Sen. After speculation of whether the boots were Giorgio Brutini or Tom Ford, the Cuban-American politician confirmed they were in fact Florsheim.

Cruz, also a Texas senator, denounced the high court’s decision during a campaign appearance in Winterset, Iowa with James Dobson, founder of the Christian conservative Focus on the Family.

Politico pointed out Cruz’s own obsession with his own boots from a 2013 C-SPAN video. I really don’t believe he wore those boots.

He added: “When I had the great honor of serving in this body, of being sworn into the Senate, when I was sworn in standing on the steps just in front of us, I wore my argument boots”.

When candidates talk about putting boots on the ground during the campaign, no two candidates mean this more literally than Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz. I have worn them every day since.
