Natalie Dormer is Game of Thrones fan

Speaking on how she only reads her part of the scripts so she can enjoy most of the show as a fan, she told Kimmel, “I stopped reading other people’s storylines, I only read the scripts that are relevant to Margery in Highgarden”. But the last time viewers saw Margaery Tyrell, she was in a King’s Landing dungeon.

After pausing to laugh at whether she was too easily convinced, Dormer reflected on how the show carefully differentiated the characters and carved its own path. “It’s annoying sometimes because I’ll be in the hair-and-makeup trailer and someone will show up and I’ll be like, “What are you doing here?”

Game of Thrones Season 6 has wrapped production, but HBO has not announced the exact premiere date. And Dan and David were like, ‘Nat, we trust you.

She also said that she was a fan of the show before she was cast in the second season, so makes it a point to not read anyone elses storyline.

“Well not exactly, I’m in my underwear”, he said.

She explained, “If you’re not happy with yourself, you’ll never be happy with the external you”.

She said: “Actors are not models”.

“I arrived at the forest, to be perfectly honest with you, I just felt compassionate and sad more than anything“, she adds. “That was my overriding feeling”. We have to be real people and look quirky and imperfect. “To me, the physical breakdown and the demands this role put on my body, really helped me with the phychology and the emotional demands of it”.
