Palace have been linked with the likes of QPR striker Charlie Austin, Norwich winger Nathan Redmond and on-loan Southampton defender Steven Caulker.
There have been reports that Man United are plotting a move this month but Pardew insisted any decision on Mane’s future will not be down to money.
“Southampton have an outstanding manager and they have great players”, Pardew said. “Somebody’s giving out some false information”.
“We have a big week coming up at home, that’s true”, said Koeman.
“The furthest I’ve got is the fifth round, but we’ve got the capabilities to go further this year and we’ll be taking that mentality into the game”. There’s less pressure on us. Steve Parish (the chairman) and I are in contact every day.
“What’s the point in bringing in strikers that aren’t better than the ones I’ve got?”
Pardew is hoping it will be third time lucky for him in the FA Cup after losing the 1990 final as a Palace player – and then the 2006 final as a manager of West Ham.
Connor Wickham looks to be Pardew’s first choice striker, while Frazier Campbell has started up top more recently.
“It’s a massive competition for myself, growing up with the FA Cup”, he said.
“The manager has made it clear how important Saturday is and I think the players are grasping at the opportunity to play”, Puncheon told Palace’s official website.
“I’m sure Southampton are in a strong financial position to resist a bid”.
“This draw is tough and we have to come through it. We are going to try to put it right”. I’m not insane about more possession than our opponent because that’s not how you win the game.
