Hillary Clinton campaign deploys husband Bill very carefully

The debate was scheduled to take place just blocks from the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, where nine parishioners were killed in a mass shooting last summer.

Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and Martin O’Malley will meet for the fourth time – and it’s their final face-off before the Iowa caucuses and New Hampshire primary.

Less than three weeks out and all the momentum is with Bernie Sanders, and all the Benghazi Bungler has in response is to use her own daughter to spread lies.

And the former Democratic president may not become the albatross that Republican candidate Donald Trump expects, either.

Sunday night’s two-hour debate features fewer candidates than the Republicans – only Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Sen. But they make up more than half of South Carolina’s Democratic voters.

The letter, Jeff Weaver said, would prove Sanders – the oldest candidate in the presidential field who also would be the oldest president to take office – is in “excellent health”.

An uncommitted superdelegate, David McDonald of Washington, said that compared with eight years ago, Clinton had a better political operation in his state.

“The Clinton campaign welcomes Senator Sanders’ debate-eve conversion, reversing his vote to immunize gun manufacturers”, he wrote. It will air on NBC and stream on YouTube.

On hot-button tech industry political issues, surveillance and encryption chief among them, Sanders and Clinton have sung different tunes. And in New Hampshire, Sanders – a longtime senator from next-door Vermont – leads Clinton by six points. For Clinton, it wasn’t supposed to be this way against a septuagenarian, self-identified democratic socialist who began his campaign with no national profile and no financial network.

Her path to victory is built on winning the big states she won in 2008, doing well with Latino voters and co-opting Obama’s playbook among black voters. The campaign is expected to name other high profile surrogates in the coming days. If Clinton repeatedly were to attack Sanders, the “Feel the Bern” crowd might not forget it.

Rep. Adam Schiff, one of the Democrats behind the new bill to repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA), said Sanders’s backing of the bill puts him among those trying to correct a “serious mistake”.

“It is time to pick a side”, Clinton says in the spot.

Sanders has already surpassed Clinton in Iowa and New Hampshire polls.

But Sanders’ S.C. poll numbers only have inched up thus far. However, Sanders only gets 36 percent support from those ages 26-34. Sanders and Clinton both supported O’Malley’s inclusion in the debate.

Additionally, it’s opened Hillary up to valid charges of hypocrisy; in the early 1990s, she supported reform that stopped just short of enacting single-payer health care, and she openly supported universal health care when campaigning against Barack Obama in 2008.

Yet the race for Iowa Democrats appears to be tightening leading up to the Iowa Caucuses on February 1.

While the mainstream… hmm, I think this election will prove we are the mainstream, so let’s re-phrase that: While the corporate media wants you to still believe that Hillary Clinton is the frontrunner for the Democratic nomination for president, evidence shows the opposite.

But the new aggressive approach makes sense to Charleston’s Knotts.

“In my hearts of hearts, I truly believe Senator Bernie Sanders is the right man to lead this country”, said Killer Mike. The debate will run from 9 to 11 p.m., airing locally on WCBD-TV 2.

Hillary Clinton’s advisers believe she should have been more aggressive with Bernie Sanders
