Wonder Woman’s Origins Revealed In New Film Footage

“We’ve never seen her on film before”.

The footage includes Diana in human garb, trying on glasses, and ends with her on Themyscira galloping into a fray, sword in hand.

Chief creative officer, Geoff Johns told Kevin Smith in an interview that the “Wonder Woman” movie starring Gal Gadot will lay the groundwork for the Amazon Princess’ background.

Even though it is more than a year away, we were treated to some of the first footage from the Wonder Woman movie. The film will be out in Summer 2017. “And this takes her on a journey into our world”. Wonder Woman stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Connie Nielsen, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Ewen Bremner, Saïd Taghmaoui, Elena Anaya, and Lucy Davis.

The movie is now scheduled to be released in theaters on June 23, 2017.

Warner Bros. has offered an intriguing first glimpse at Wonder Woman, the upcoming DC Comics stand-alone film. Wonder Woman is the best fighter in the DC Universe who has strength and speed. Ask a random guy or girl who Diana Prince is, though, and chances are you’re going to get a puzzled look in return.

Gadot told Entertainment Weekly magazine in July that she was well aware of fan expectations of her, portraying a character that has captivated comic readers since the 1940s.

The Wonder Woman first look is significant, because she is different from what we have seen before. It was also recently confirmed that another setting is World War I, with the last setting being present day, which will connect the movie to her appearance in the upcoming Justice League Part 1. These traits are not her weaknesses but just additions to things that people will love about her. Much of “Star Wars” is focused on female character Rey (Daisy Ridley) and that film is now the highest-grossing movie of all time without adjusting for inflation.
