He is among four men accused of brawling with two off-duty officers outside the Recess Lounge nightclub in Old City. We spoke with Fortunato Perri Jr., who represents one of those injured officers. It was originally to take place at the DA’s office.

McCoy is under investigation for his role in a bar fight with off-duty officers more than two weeks ago in Philadelphia.

Eyewitness News obtained pictures of Officer Darnell Jesse from sources showing the officer’s injuries following the alleged incident. In the photo you can see the injuries to his face – a cut above his left eye.
