As a citizen of India it is our duty and responsibility to celebrate the day and remember the Heroic deeds of our freedom fighters. Hence, Independence Day marks the start of new era where India took more than 200 years to acquire its right and liberty.

One ought not to be glad for being an Indian just on Independence day.
