RB Rodgers making most of opportunity with Buccaneers

Running back Jacquizz Rodgers, claimed off waivers during the season, has made it so the Bucs don’t miss running back Doug Martin – second in the National Football League in rushing a year – almost as much.

The Buccaneers now stand alone in second place, only a game behind Atlanta, in the race for the NFC South title and they have more than just their best-known players to thank for that. This one could turn into a shootout but the Raiders just have more weapons and while the Bucs are home, I don’t think they can get enough pressure on Carr and in the end that should be their undoing. “But his biggest catch was a six-yard gain”.
