The latest beta release can now be downloaded from Apple’s developer webpage or directly through Software Update onto test devices. You can download iOS 10.1 on any supported device by navigating to Settings General Software Update.

Today, October 31, 2016, Apple updated its recently released iOS 10.1 mobile operating system to version 10.1.1, and pushed the first Beta of the upcoming iOS 10.2 release to registered developers. Needless to say, you will want to keep reading if you are in need of new emojis or wallpapers. Now the company has seeded iOS 10.2 beta to developers.

Numerous older emoji have also been redrawn to look more modern, with loads more profession-based emoji now available in both male and female, too. Many people are speculating that this silence may mean that it has failed in breaking through the walls of iOS 10.

Earlier this August, Apple announced a number of changes to its emojis which included more representation of women in different professions, single-parent families, a pride flag, and the much-discussed pistol emoji. There’s also a new widget for the Videos app, as well as SOS contacts in Health. The new feature added to the Music menu is the Show Star Rating option, and this option allows the user to check out what rating the song he is listening has, by accessing the action sheets. The effect, which is similar to the fireworks full screen effect, comes complete with taptic feedback on the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

If you are being impatient about the release date of the jailbreak, good news for you: the jailbreak of iOS 10 might be available before the end of October or the first week of November. If there is an exclamation mark given, then you should download the IPSW file, meaning that Apple has stopped signing iOS 10.0.2.
