Election officials: Illinois early voting breaks records

No doubt the current national and state campaigns are doing little to educate or edify voters.

There were also reports of police officers appearing at polls in Missouri, which the Advancement Project, part of the Election Protection coalition, thought might cause a chilling effect for minority voters.

And one of the early voters was Lincoln Park resident Sarah Sanders, who showed up at the downtown voting location early on Monday.
