Plenty of alternatives to the New Year’s Eve bar scene

Head to the Atrium Gallery for a bash featuring DJ Matt Coxx with dancing, live performances and libations.

Branson’s Center Stage Grille is hosting its second New Year’s Eve celebration beginning at 5 p.m. Guests have their option of having dinner only from 5-7 p.m., or dinner and the party from 8 p.m. – 1 a.m. Featuring Benjamin Matlack and the New Artists.

Comedian Tim Northern, who was a finalist on the nationally televised “Star Search” has a 10:30 p.m. show at Blue Room Comedy Club at Billiards of Springfield, 541 E. St. Louis.

Whether you want to stay home and play board games and cards, or come out with the crowds, New Year’s Eve only comes once a year, so make it a safe and fun night for all.

Everyone celebrates the New Year differently. Registration begins at 11 a.m., and the plunge is at 1 p.m. The party lasts from 8 p.m.to 2 a.m. Radiotronic will perform hits from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s. DJ Bill Moore. Party favors, Champagne and snacks. $10.

The bass drops at Big Bass New Year’s Eve, 8 p.m. at Tip Top Gentleman’s Club with Masta Shredda and Grasshoppa ($15). Admission to late show is $45 and includes buffet, party favors, bottle of Champagne and dance party.

Service will operate on a Saturday schedule on New Year’s Eve and a Sunday/holiday schedule on New Year’s Day.
