Samsung unveils its new water-resistant Galaxy phones

Samsung Galaxy S8 will also feature hardware enhancements like more RAM, bumping it up to 6 GB and storage options all the way to 256 GB. And with the shares touching near record highs, Samsung is marching into 2017 stronger. That’s over a year old software now though and Samsung hasn’t revealed whether it plans to update each phone to Android 7 anytime soon. It will be a crucial device for the company to return to winning ways.

USB Type-C support allows fast charging to enter the realm, while support for NFC and microSD cards is also there.
