Trump meets Obama at the White House for tea

Traditionally outgoing U.S. presidents leave personal letters for their successors in the famous Oval Office, which President Trump moved into after Friday’s inauguration.

Obama, meanwhile, assumed a new Twitter handle @POTUS44, keeping some 13.9 million followers and his archived tweets in the shift. The first one clearly shows info about climate change, while the second shows how the page disappeared in the meantime.

Simultaneous with the formal transfer of power that occurred on the steps of our nation’s Capitol, the entire White House digital presence was changed over.

“So, we want you to tell us what we should be thinking about as we get to work”, the former first lady added.

President Trump could be in breach of an Act of Congress when he deletes tweets and edits typos without archiving them. “Protecting clean air and clean water, conserving our natural habitats, and preserving our natural reserves and resources will remain a high priority”. Trump’s page is focused on issues like jobs, trade, military and law enforcement.

A couple of hours after the inauguration, the Trump administration had still not yet tweeted from the @POTUS account.

The brief introduction of Mr. Trump on his official Twitter account says that 45th President of the United States “is working on behalf of the American people to make our country great again”.

“First, we’re going to take a little break”, Michelle Obama said in a video released Friday by the Obama Foundation.

“At my core I think we’re going to be OK”, Obama said as he concluded his final news conference at the White House.

However, for reasons unexplained, those same users automatically re-followed the presidential account without their permission. At the time this article was published, some of the accounts had not yet been scrubbed of old posts.
