Reliance Jio has started off their services with an introductory offer which offered unlimited 4G data and 4G LTE calls for users who took Jio SIM, later the company has extended it until March 31st under Happy New Year Offer.
However, Jio with the Jio Prime membership hopes that its existing customers are willing to pay a minimum amount Rs 99 for one year, to enjoy data benefits of Rs 10 per day up to 31 March 2018.
Jio customers had consumed over 100 crore GB of data in January 2017.

Ambani announces Jio Prime offer for only the existing users. He mentioned that voice calls are free on all networks and there will be no blackout days.

“Under Jio prime membership plan, the users can become members for a full year for a nominal one-time fee of Rs 99″.
“In six months we have show India too can use data at par with other nations”, he added.
The incumbents also challenged Jio’s promotional scheme before telecom regulator Trai, saying free services beyond 90- days were a violation of rules.
