Powerball drawing for $435.3M – check your numbers

The jackpot for the next Powerball drawing rose to an estimated $403 million after no one matched all six numbers Saturday, officials of the multistate game reported Monday.

Wednesday night’s numbers are 10-13-28-52-61 Powerball 2 Power Play 2x. With Wednesday’s Powerball jackpot now at $403,000,000, NY will see even more winners across the state. It’s roughly a 11,688,053 to 1 shot to match five numbers but not the Powerball.

This is still on the tenth highest jackpot in history. and nowhere near the record set in 2016. with a $1.5 billion prize.

The drawing will take place on Wednesday night.

Should a victor be announced on Wednesday night, they would receive annual payments over the next 29 years or at least $243.9 million in a lump sum payment before taxes.

The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are one in 292.2 million, according to The Associated Press.

Wednesday, Feb. 22 one lucky victor could claim the multi-state drawing for the Powerball jackpot.

Florida Lottery game drawings are broadcast on 17 carrier stations throughout the state. Additionally, players only collect the entire prize if they are the sole victor, but the jackpots often have to be split between people with the same numbers. On Dec. 17, a Pennsylvania couple who bought a ticket in DE won a $121.6 million drawing.

“We’re asking Powerball players in the Triad region to double check their tickets”, said Alice Garland, executive director of the N.C. Education Lottery. The annual installments option will net the victor payments every year for 29 years that will ultimately add up to $403 million.
