Trump doubles down on fight with media during CPAC speech

At the time the bombastic billionaire, a CPAC veteran known for engaging deliveries, was running for president and many conservatives shunned him, asserting that he wasn’t conservative enough. Trump so far has not taken action on the initiative, and his early steps on immigration, including stepping up deportations, do not include DACA recipients. Trump’s latest efforts to find out who’s leaking information to the media about his team being in contact with Russian intelligence officials during the election campaign involved tweeting his displeasure with the Federal Bureau of Investigation on Friday morning for being unable to “find the leakers within the Federal Bureau of Investigation itself”. They have not abandoned the party or the movement. Or maybe they’re not legit.
