Hear Celine Dion’s new “Beauty and the Beast” Song

The lovely young lady has sent a message to Indian fans wishing them a Happy Holi and also inviting them to watch her movie.

Disney has launched an interactive ad campaign on Spotify around the upcoming release of the Beauty and The Beast live-action remake.

Disney’s new Beauty and the Beast has an impeccable, if not unique, pedigree. Even Belle and her father’s fictional town of Villeneuve, built on Shepperton’s largest set, is based on the real village of Conques in southern France.

This year’s live action film features Ariana Grande and John Legend in the title track.

Even more so, when Belle sleeps, she sees “a young man, lovely as Cupid is painted”, who comes to her in her dreams.

English actress Emma Watson has sent her greetings to India on the joyous occasion of Holi.

In 1991, Celine sang “Beauty and the Beast” with Peabo Bryson, and Angela Lansbury sang the theatrical version as Mrs Portts. “I couldn’t say yes right away, because I felt like I was kind of cheating in a way”. I know there will be some that do not agree with this decision. Any musical soundtrack is going to suffer from lack of visuals, so I’m going to wait and see (and listen) for myself when Beauty and the Beast comes out March 17.

Given this huge success, Beauty and the Beast makers will surely be looking for promoting their movie in a certain way. “There is so much fear out there of that which we don’t understand that which we don’t know”, Josh Gad said. Meanwhile, La Fou has been fleshed out as a character and features the scene-stealing Josh Gad in the role, while sadly the same can’t be said of Watson.
