Durant not feeling pressure of NBA Finals expectations

The Golden State Warriors took down the Cleveland Cavaliers in six games in the 2015 NBA Finals.

What a dominant NBA Finals opener with the Warriors. The first meeting the Warriors won, last year the Cavs took it, so this year each team is going for best two out of three. Love broke out in a big way in the Eastern Conference finals after opening the playoffs with two quiet rounds, averaging 22.6 points and 12.4 rebounds against Boston. When the Warriors are playing their best, you can do the same and still lose.

The teams split two games in the regular season, the Cavs with a 109-108 victory on Christmas Day in Cleveland, the Warriors a 126-91 win on January 16 in Oakland.

The move would permit the Warriors to keep their entire core together with two-time NBA MVP Stephen Curry potentially signing one of the first five-year contracts created by the new collective bargaining agreement.

James is looking to add to his already-impressive legacy that when all is said and done, will stack him up favorably with the all-time greats to have played in the National Basketball Association.

This matchup has seemed ordained since James walked off the court in Oakland last June, having delivered his native northeast OH its first major team championship since 1964.

ABOUT THE CAVALIERS: Small forward LeBron James averaged 29.7 points, 11.3 rebounds and 8.9 assists in last season’s Finals and has been superb this postseason with averages of 32.5 points, eight rebounds and seven assists.

“It’s just been such better progression for Steph this postseason”, coach Steve Kerr said. Who do you think will win the NBA Finals this year? “I don’t hate them”, Green said. Even though people hide their faces and will say things about you and when they see you, they smile in your face. “Going into Game 2 we’ll be a lot more settled in, a lot better on the defensive end”. I knew when I came back I had the right ingredients and the right blueprint to help this franchise get back to a place that we’ve never been. That’s just too much firepower to overcome, though LeBron will bust a gut trying.

‘Those are two big household names, so we know you guys and the fans are going to want to see that and pick up on it, ‘ said acting Warriors coach Mike Brown, facing a Cleveland franchise that fired him not once but twice. “So it makes it even more unsafe when you equip that talent, that skill with those guys”. He’s good to go for 30 points or more any night, and the Warriors were pretty great before he joined them last summer. 2016 saw Lebron James lead the Cleveland Cavaliers back from 3-1 deficit to win Cleveland’s first ever NBA Championship and the first championship won by a major sports team in Cleveland since 1964.

Cleveland point guard Kyrie Irving said that extra pressure is gone now and the team is mores settled and focused this time. Obviously shots are falling.
