Taylor Swift’s music is returning to Spotify, Pandora, more

June 15 02:24 2017

Swift, 27, has no new album to promote.

The album has a diss track apparently about Swift.

You won’t have to look hard to find Taylor Swift music anymore.

@shelbymaine added: “Taylor Swift is putting her music back on Spotify and that’s probably the best news I’ve gotten in a while tbh”. The timing is a little suspicious.

To be clear, that’s exactly the same time Katy Perry drops Witness in the U.S., her biggest market (the album was made available here in Australia at midnight last night). Swift never mentioned the pop star’s name but all fingers point to Perry especially after Swift released the song Bad Blood.

The “Bad Blood” singer previously pulled out her then latest album, “1989”, from Spotify in October 2014. In the interest of healing, you can stream both Perry’s and Swift’s albums below.

Taylor Swift’s come back into the spotlight comes at the flawless moment, and we’ll let you know why.

She’s clearly now come to terms with the new music landscape and has reconciled her differences with Spotify.

Taylor’s music is now available across Spotify, Tidal, Amazon, Deezer – every streaming service you might be able to access – as well as Apple Music, whom she publicly called out in 2014 for not paying artists.

“Music is art, and art is important and rare”, Swift wrote in an essay for The Wall Street Journal. Valuable things should be paid for. She said the feud stemmed from a disagreement over backup dancers. “I just don’t agree with perpetuating the perception that music has no value and should be free”.

Now, they seem to have patched things up.

Another account accused Taylor of stealing Katy’s thunder by writing, “taylor swift’s the kind of person who’d go into labor at someone else’s baby shower or announce her engagement during someone else’s wedding”.
