Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL Arrive October 9th

Some people say that the Pixel 3 XL leak with shipments being stolen was a complete publicity stunt from Google.

However, if you are interested in following the live streaming of the presentation of the new Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL, you should know that the event is scheduled for tomorrow at 11 am in NY.

Google says the Pixel Slate is “designed to entertain and help you do more in a fresh, mobile form”.

Last year, Google rolled out the Pixel 2, Google Home Mini, Google Clips, Pixel Buds and several other gadgets, so it seems likely that there will be a substantial lineup this time around.

Google will announce all their new hardware at the Made by Google event in NY tonight, and part of the new announcements are expected to be some new accessories in the shape of cases. The device, priced at $149, won’t be a video-chatting hub like Amazon’s product and Facebook’s new Portal speaker, unveiled Monday. As usual, Google will also be live streaming it and you will be able to watch it on the company’s YouTube channel.

While Google Pixel 3 duo will surely grab the headlines, Google is also expected to unveil other devices at the event, including the Google Pixel Slate tablet with a detachable keyboard.

Pixel Slate starts at $599, with the keyboard being sold separately for $199.

For fans of the smaller Pixel 3, It’s important to note that all of these great improvements are applicable to both displays. It’s the world’s first tablet to run on the Chrome operating system. This sees the Pixel 3 XL automatically capture a burst of shots, and pick the best of the bunch – you can scroll through all the shots if you want a different look.

The devices are available for pre-order right now through Google’s online store, with orders set to arrive October 17. Similar reviews and hands-on videos went up online a few months ago, as news came from Eastern Europe that a batch of Pixel 3 XL phones was stolen.

The device features a gorgeous 12.3-inch display with a resolution of 3000×2000 pixels – producing up to 6 million pixels, Type-C ports, and no headphone jack.

Some have suggested it could release wireless Pixelbuds this time around.

With privacy in mind, Google decided not to put a camera on the device. Placing them on any Qi-certified wireless charger will magically make those battery juices flow, sparing you from the need to deal with wires and adapters. The device also supports Home View, which lets you view every camera, thermostat and any other smart device in your home at a quick glance. They’ll come in three colors: black, white and pink. The various functionalities will be managed through the voice commands of Google Assistant, but we also expect a deep integration with the Android Things ecosystem.
