Ben Affleck‘s Deathstroke Tweet got 7,000 likes in the first 30 minutes and was retweeted nearly 6,000 times.
Regarding why Deathstroke might be on the Flying Fox is unknown, but fans are already theorizing that perhaps Steppenwolf creates an army of Metahumans. The silent 27-second clip features the famed DC villain Deathstroke.

According to a new report from The Wrap, Deathstroke is confirmed as the main baddie in the as-yet untitled Batman movie. And since Justice League is the only DC film now filming, it can’t be Affleck’s solo Batman movie, which hasn’t even been dated yet.
Affleck tweeted a brief video of what looks to be a film version of Deathstroke Monday. With no director on board, there wouldn’t be any test footage – but that rumor did suggest Deathstroke could be the villain of a potential sequel to David Ayer’s movie. Deathstroke / Slade Wilson is a solider, who is given powers thanks to secret army experiments. The character was played most recently by Manu Bennett on the CW’s “Arrow”, where he clashed with Star City’s savior for two seasons. The actor, a.k.a. Batman, revealed brand-new footage of the villainous Deathstroke via Twitter on August 29.
Those that are fearless enough to admit they played Batman: Arkham Origins will notice a striking similarity between this suit and the one used in that game. The Batman comics have always had the best rogues gallery, so it’s kind of a shame that most Bat movies just want to find another way to do the same five or six we always see.
