So when we share that Miller (fourth overall), Jeremiah (second), Kiper (seventh) and Rang (third) all have Adams ranked higher, you should know that Hooker isn’t far behind. Yes, there are other quarterbacks in this class who could turn out to be solid National Football League starters after a few years of seasoning.
