Speaking from the White House to America’s governors Monday President Donald Trump gave a preview of his first budget, which will be submitted to Congress next month.
In 2011, Trump became the center of Former President Barack Obama’s jokes in his White House Correspondents’ dinner’s speech. Every president since then has done so, usually focusing on specific issues, like the budget or health care.
