Donald Trump: Media Doesn’t Cover Large Crowds During March for Life

January 26 23:37 2017

Multiple generations take part in the culture of life.

Funding for Planned Parenthood is also on the chopping block, and as early as Thursday Trump is expected to nominate a Supreme Court justice who could sway court rulings against abortion rights – moves that motivated numerous women to demonstrate last weekend in Washington, D.C., and in marches around the world.

“This is the first year we’re taking a van with our family”, Hayes told the Register.

Our defense of life doesn’t stop when the baby leaves the womb, nor is it limited to medical matters like euthanasia and fetal stem-cell research, nor matters of law like the death penalty, nor matters of compassion like the welcoming of refugees – though all of this is included.

Anti-abortion activists and supporters will take to the streets in downtown Springfield Friday to highlight abortion-related issues and to stand in solidarity with those traveling to the annual March for Life in Washington D.C. And finally, shame is a factor; you can’t treat last week’s women’s marches as the news of the millennium and then persist in ignoring the 40 percent of American women who were, alas, made to feel unwelcome among the pussy hats.

“I found [Trump’s] past misogyny incredibly disturbing”, she told HuffPost. Instead, just give a “sneak preview” to a few influential pro-life leaders, and let the news seep out through the crowd.

“Immediately, that gives the wrong impression”, she said.

Both are devout Catholics today. But she did issue a challenge of sorts to the organizers of the initial Women’s March.

Other buses, meanwhile, will carry marchers from Arlington, Burlington, Cape Cod, Framingham and Worcester to the Washington march. Dorothy remembers looking at Constitution Avenue and feeling amazed at how, “from curb to curb, as far as the eye can see was filled with people”. With 10 children, five of whom are married, and 22 grandchildren, the tradition continues to the next generation. On Monday, he signed a decree barring USA federal funding for foreign NGOs that support abortion.

The March for Life has been held in our nations capital since 1974 around the anniversary of Roe vs. Wade which legalized abortion.

“I’ve been going for years”, said Paul Wenner of Stamford, who estimated he has participated in at least 30 marches.

“It’s for mothers, children”, says Lily Ryan, Students for Life. Turning to Muir, the president added, “And they say the press doesn’t cover them”. Actually unveiling the appointment during the March for Life would cause a sensation, but it would also enrage the opposition, and the opposition will already be fierce enough.

Karina went to the center, where a test confirmed she was pregnant.

“Those are really important things to know on college campuses”, Hawkins said.

Bishop Luers theology teacher Ann Isch said this is the seventh straight year she has attended the march with teenagers from her high school.

“My own feeling is that I couldn’t put a bumper sticker on my vehicle to either extreme, because I think there are circumstances that warrant abortion”, said Betty Gay, a Republican state representative in Salem. Yet, people here still deceive themselves into believing abortion is OK because it’s legal.

And as a huge sign of solidarity, pro-life presidential counselor Kellyanne Conway and pro-life Vice President Mike Pence will speak at tomorrow’s March.

Anne Mulrooney with Rochester’s Feminists Choosing Life organization says she goes to Washington up against a media narrative. Will they mention the March for Life? If there have been 58 million abortions in the last 44 years, than that equates to 406 million lives being impacted, at a minimum.

Although the political side of Friday’s annual march will be apparent, one abortion opponent from Dallas said her inspiration was one of morals and religion. In addition, I have supported measures which ban abortions based on gender as well as supporting an American’s right to object to healthcare coverage that also covers abortion services. One such march was held in Concord on January 14.

The mood at this year’s march will be drastically different from last year’s, Ms. McGuire said. He noted the size of the crowds, telling Trump that he was the president for those concerned voices as well.

“I’m pretty sure that if I would have had an abort, I would have killed myself”, Karina said in a video produced by WRMC.

“It’s such a lovely sight to behold”, she said.
