Randle was taken into custody, and his bail was set at $359.
Irving police spokesman James McLellan told the Dallas Morning News that Randle was arrested near the residence of his former girlfriend on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
Joseph Randle has had another run-in with the law.
Police in Irving said they got a call from residents in the 1700 block of Finley Road. The jail’s booking list incorrectly spells the 24-year-old’s last name as “Randal”, but the birth date listed is the same as the player’s and the mug shot clearly is of Randle.
When the police arrived, they found an outstanding warrant for speeding and Randle was arrested.
In October 2014, Randle was arrested at Stonebriar Centre mall after Frisco police said he tried to take a bottle of cologne and a pack of underwear from Dillard’s. Investigators looked into the domestic violence allegations for three months, but decided there was a lack of evidence to charge Randle.
According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Randle was arrested at the Kansas Star Casino in November 2015 and faces charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and criminal trespass. The woman said Randle pointed a gun at her friend before smashing out the window of a auto.
Randle was suspended four games by the NFL under the league’s personal conduct policy one week after he was released by the Cowboys.
This is Randle’s second arrest since his release from Dallas.
