He politely closed it again when reporters asked him why at Saturday afternoon’s news conference.

After a three-hour flight from New England, the Patriots arrived in Minnesota to officially start their Super Bowl week.

The reason should be obvious.

Minnesota fans who chose to attend last weekend’s game were treated by Eagles fans as if they had threatened to burn all of Philadelphia’s cheese-steak supply.

February 4th the New England Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles will go head to head in this year’s NFL Super Bowl at the U.S Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

“If you’re going to compete against me you better be willing to give up your life, because I’m giving up mine”, says Brady, who later adds: “There’s a warrior spirit about me”. I’m saying it to myself. “It’s a unique environment, unique game”, said Brady.

“But my real answer is, it’s the people”, NFL Senior Vice President of Events Peter O’Reilly said.

This is a pretty huge development for the Patriots, as it appears Brady will play in the Super Bowl at near full health.

Philadelphia Eagles players and fans have been wearing dog masks during the playoffs, embracing what they view as an underdog mentality. Despite his participation, Gronkowski still hasn’t cleared the league’s concussion protocol.

“They’ve been great on special teams, they have a great offense and they have a great defense”, he said.

One of the things that makes Brady an all-time great is his ability to thrive no matter the conditions.

More than experience on either side, linebacker Elandon Roberts said the biggest challenge is not getting caught up in the emotions that come with playing in a Super Bowl. “Last year I got hurt for four games, so I only played 12 games.”, he said. I liked what they were putting together. It’s exciting for me too.

“I’ve called 3 Restaurants in Minneapolis to get a reservation for me and my teammates and “can’t” get in”.

But has a hefty investment to see the Eagles potentially win their first Super Bowl keeping fans away? “I just try to focus on what we need to do”, Brady said. Replied Brooks: “I appreciate everything you’re doing, too”.

But in order to have a chance against arguably the greatest quarterback of all time, they will have to get home. If you go back and look, we finished in the top five of a bunch of different categories.
