The Golden State Warriors got back on the winning track Wednesday night with a 128-103 blowout of the visiting Phoenix Suns, and Klay Thompson exploded for a season-high 43 points.
While Carter-Williams, who was traded in February, has had a rough go of it over the past 10 months, his game against Golden State was one of his best of the season.
The Warriors arrived into Milwaukee at 3 am on the morning of the game, but with the Bucks only getting home following their loss in Toronto at 1 am, neither side had ideal preparations.
There will be more opportunities to get motivated for the Warriors. Apparently that’s what Green took exception to.

The Warriors don’t want to believe that though. Unfortunately, while the Warriors will probably be waiting in the NBA Finals next summer, the Bucks probably won’t even make the postseason.
The Milwaukee Bucks continued to be a true nemesis for the league’s defending champions. That’s about the highest compliment an National Basketball Association team can be paid.
Mayo, however, said he didn’t understand what the big deal was about what he called his “little love tap”.
