The updated Google photos will not only offer the previous regular options of increasing, decreasing or adjusting brightness, colour, and vignette but will also have numerous colour filters such as Mars, Ceres, Venus etc.
One of the first updates to Google Photos for the desktop came this week with the introduction of a new feature that allows users to enter and stay editing more while switching between images. The photo editing application that has been using by Google is “Picasa Image-Organizing Software” which is been since 12 years. The company said that time that data stored on Picasa web albums will be automatically transferred to a user’s Google Photos account starting May 1, 2016. These cropping tools will be familiar to anyone who has used the Google-owned Snapseed app, or virtually any other photo editing tool. Also if you like, can now choose a specific aspect ratio for your photos by selecting any of the four options: original, square, 16:9 and 4:3. Alternatively, Google has provided a “Revert to Original” button that lets you undo the edit.
Today’s Wednesday, and on many Wednesdays, Google pushes out a nice Android app update or two. So far, the tweaks haven’t appeared in the Photos smartphone apps, but it seems like a no-brainer that they’ll arrive there soon. The refreshed design includes a bottom bar for jumping between Assistant, Photos, and the new Albums View.
