Mills’s deal is restricted to information found on a laptop computer she used to sort Clinton’s private emails from the work emails turned over to the State Department in December 2014.
PRESIDENT Obama used an undisclosed pseudonym to communicate with then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on her private email server – shocking her top aide Huma Abedin when she learned of it.
“‘How is this not classified?'” the report said Abedin asked, after being told the sender is believed to have been the president.

According to earlier reports, Hanley bought multiple BlackBerry smartphones for Clinton from AT&T stores located in the Washington, DC, area, which were potentially used to send work emails and which the Federal Bureau of Investigation now can not find. An initial release of documents related to the probe released earlier this month revealed that Clinton used 13 different BlackBerry devices as secretary of state.
Clinton has said the decision to use a private email system was a mistake, but the controversy has dogged her campaign as the Democratic candidate for the presidency and raised public doubts about her trustworthiness, public opinion polls show. In it, Lazar admits he lied to a Fox News reporter about hacking Clinton’s email server, though he had seen her private email address and some exchanges with her after successfully accessing the AOL account of Clinton friend Sidney Blumenthal in 2013. She has admitted to erasing 33,000 emails. If accurate, though, it contradicts what Clinton and government officials have said.
FOIA reviews are supposed to be performed by career officials to prevent politics from affecting the government’s response, particularly in a case as politically fraught as the Clinton email situation.
