Jeremy Renner and ex Sonni Pacheco finalize divorce

Signed, sealed, and delivered. Jeremy Renner has finalized his divorce from his ex-wife, Sonni Pacheco, and will be paying her a good amount each month in child support.

Jeremy and Sonni previously agreed to share custody of their two-year-old daughter, Ava.

Pacheco fired back with her own legal papers, insisting her estranged husband was lying, and adding she stopped breastfeeding because her diet was making little Ava gassy. The documents stipulate that should the Mission: Impossible star make more than $2.3 million in a year, he is obligated to pay Pacheco five percent of his excess earnings. Additionally, Renner is not on the hook for any spousal support and will retain most of his property.

The divorce agreement comes after a bitter split, as Sunni accused the actor of stealing her passport, birth certificate and social security card. When Pacheco filed for divorce she cited fraud and stated that Renner is an unfit parent who has no real interest in spending time with his daughter.
