Lambeau leaping might come with a price for Wisconsin

There weren’t many yuks at the time it happened, but Fournette described a scene that sounded like something out of a late 80s or early 90s movie or sitcom where the DJ scratches the record for dramatic effect.

“We get to play in an National Football League stadium”, Chryst continued.

“I think this will be by far and away the biggest weekend this town has ever seen”, Watson said.

“I just walked into a quiet room”, Biegel said.

On Tuesday, Chryst said that while Aranda may have some knowledge of UW’s personnel or base schemes and similarly UW has some knowledge of Aranda’s, the two teams have different players, different teams, which will greatly affect how the defenses run.

Many parking lots around Lambeau Field are already booked, ahead of Saturday’s game between LSU and the University of Wisconsin.

While the Badgers’ defense won’t be facing off against Aranda’s new LSU defense, players on that side of the ball for UW enter this season wanting to prove the unit won’t drop off because of his departure. “I don’t really get caught up in underdog, favorite”.

“Staffing-wise, I have called back every old employee, every favor, every relative, ones I don’t even like, and said, ‘Hey, will you come work a couple hours at least on Friday and Saturday?'” Toll said. “Overall, I think I’m a better leader”.

“You preparing for the season knowing that you’re going to open up in LSU and obviously a great football player [Fournette] and team that’s justifiably ranked in the top 5 in the country”, Chryst said. “Hopefully, I can just jump high enough just to get up there”. Edwards, the Badgers leading tackler last season, suffered a broken foot over the summer that kept him from taking part in all of fall camp. It’s not one player in the D-line or the linebacking corps.

LSU cornerback Tre’Davious White is ready to vault the wall and visit the people. November starts with a trip to Northwestern, which is always a tough place for the Badgers.

Houston completed 22 of 33 passes in Wisconsin’s 24-13 victory over IL and impressed Illini guard Teddy Karras, who said: “You nearly wish Joel Stave would have played the whole game”.

“I’m good”, Fournette said.

It creates a compelling dynamic rarely seen during Week 1 of the college football season, not to mention the game itself holds extreme importance to both programs.

On Houston’s first start against LSU, Chryst is confident that the senior quarterback is prepared to play and play successfully on Saturday. “You never know who you can inspire”.

“I was kind of mad at first, but at the time there was nothing I could do about it”, Fournette said.

He said that storyline has more credence when it comes to the in-conference battles the Badgers play year in and year out. He’s also hoping Wisconsin fans wouldn’t reject him if he tried to do so.
