LeBron James puts pressure on Cavs to sign JR Smith

Cavaliers forward said during a media session that he agrees with Kaepernick’s message. Williams went on to confirm that he would return for his 14th National Basketball Association season last week, so the latest news about his retirement come as unexpected to say the least.

For teams as championship driven as the Cavaliers, it’s sometimes hard to bring everything they have at every stage of the regular season, something the Warriors might regret now considering it did take a toll on them, physical and maybe mostly mental, by the time the real prize was up for grabs.

For James to watch it as a fan is expected. “Obviously we all know it’s probably a hard situation for him, and it’s pretty surprising a little bit to hear that the team is just done with him, and then to come out and say it”. “I think we have a (backup) lineup out there that could be really, really good, and obviously youth and athleticism is a big part”.

“But the funniest call during that was when [Gregg Popovich] called me and asked, ‘Is there money in the San Antonio locker room?'” Our only mindset right now is how we can continue to get better every day. “We charged $100 for a championship for some guys and some guys we gave it back”.

Team owner Dan Gilbert recorded Lue standing on the desk in the visiting coach’s office at Oracle Arena and hiding the cash in the ceiling.
