Now, only just over a month since Freddie’s birth, it seems the whole agreement has already gone downhill and TMZ is reporting that Tomlinson is now gearing up for a custody battle. Briana was not giving Louis access to their kid and the dispute was over money.

The two went to court Friday morning, where a judge was asked to establish Tomlinson’s access to their one-month-old son Freddie, and how much cash the father needed to dish out. However, shortly before the hearing, he and Briana Jungwirth reportedly negotiated a temporary truce in their custody battle.

Louis thanked the One Direction fans as he accepted the band’s British Artist Video for the Year with Liam, saying, ‘It really is times like these that prove to us we have the best fans in the world.

Louis is happy and very excited about becoming a dad and he thinks Amber Portwood will be an wonderful mother”, a mutual friend of the new parents revealed to ET back in July. Last September, Louis’ former lover was spotted watching One Direction perform at the O2 arena in London. He says she won’t let him see his son.

Despite TMZ’s report, the singer also said the awards ceremony marked his “first time away from Freddie“, and called the distance “tough”. “I do get Father’s Day now”, Louis told Capital FM.

Louis, 24, spoke about Freddie while on the red carpet at The BRITS earlier this week, saying he was finding it hard being away from him.
