Nick Gordon posts `photoshopped` Xmas card with late Bobbi Kristina

Gordon, 25, tweeted an image of the smiling pair on Wednesday, which had been altered to superimpose Santa hats onto his and Brown’s heads.

Gordon was banned by Brown’s family from seeing her for the six months she lay in a coma after being found face down in a bathtub.

“I have no idea if the allegations against Nick Gordon are true, but I can say that Nick Gordon is really busted up about the death of his girlfriend if this wonderful Christmas card is any indication. Wow”!

According to Radar Online, court documents revealed the lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, alleges, “Ms. Brown died due to a violent altercation with Gordon after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious after he injected her with a toxic mixture“.

Bobbi Kristina’s death is now under investigation. The complaint stated that Gordon had allegedly given Brown a “toxic cocktail” and then set her face-down in the bathtub.

The lawsuit also accuses Gordon of assault, battery, causing emotional distress and stealing Brown’s money.

Metro.co.uk have contacted a rep for Bobby Brown and Bobbi Kristina’s estate for comment.

The photograph had originally been taken in 2012, during a Grammy special concert honouring 22-year-old Brown’s late mother, Whitney Houston.

The lawsuit seeks damages of at least US$10 million.
