On Sunday, police were in the process of interviewing witnesses and victims to determine who might be charged, CBS Denver reported.

A major brawl at a motorcycle show leaves one person dead. The club includes military members and law enforcement officers, Whitfield said.

The two biker groups on Sunday blamed each other for inciting the violence. He said the person who died and three of the wounded were hit by gunfire.

Guardian Liberty Voice will report on any updates as they are made available.

“There’s no need to pull out weapons and escalate because you are losing a fist fight”, Stubbs said.

The corrections officer fired in self-defense, Whitfield said.

“We have not verified absolutely that law enforcement is part of one of those clubs, absolutely not from Denver“, Denver Police Chief Robert White said during a press conference Saturday night.

But John C. Whitfield, who represents Iron Order, said Mongols jumped its members, instigating the fight.

The U.S. Department of Justice has said the Mongols are heavily involved in drug dealing and racketeering.

Police have released few details, including any names. Detectives were trying to identify more than one shooter.

The medical examiner’s office said Monday that 46-year-old Victor Mendoza was shot and killed Saturday.

As police investigate a fight that left one person dead and seven others injured at a motorcycle expo in Denver, representatives of rival motorcycle clubs are blaming each other.

A 2014 ATF report on motorcycle gangs said Iron Order was among the fastest growing motorcycle clubs in the country, with many police and corrections officers among its ranks.

Authorities have released few details about the brawl but said they were looking for more than one gunman.

According to the National Western Complex website, the Colorado Motorcycle Expo is on the event schedule through 7 p.m. Sunday.
