It looks like Samsung is going to make it tough for the Chinese handset manufacturers with its new specs.
Samsung’s upcoming flagship, the Galaxy Note 8 is slated to feature Artificial Intelligence as well as removable batteries. The Galaxy S8 might be launched “as late as April”, the Wall Street Journal reported today, citing unnamed sources familiar with Samsung’s AI efforts. It is now expected that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will start a new trend with the potential features the game will possess. Additionally, it is rumored that the Samsung Galaxy S8 could be featured at the Mobile World Congress tradeshow to be held at Barcelona, marked on or before February 26 of next year.
Samsung Galaxy S8 to have 90% screen-to-body ratio?
“Samsung is mulling to adopt the force touch technology partially from the S8 but the full adoption will come in one or two years”, an official of a Samsung supplier said.
In the third quarter of 2016, Samsung, which was always been on top at either one or two, has been out of the spots due to the company’s Galaxy Note 7 fiasco.
The Galaxy S8 has already been rumoured to come with an artificial intelligence-based voice assistant.
The Galaxy Prime series features an innovative range of 5.0 to 5.5 inch display smartphones with powerful back and selfie cameras, high performance specifications, additional security features and sleek design.
In addition to this, the Galaxy S8 will said to sport an all-screen design, with integrated home button, and will also include the iPhone 7-like features of a pressure sensitive display and a phablet variant with dual lens camera. The artificial intelligence will be made possible by Samsung’s acquisition of Viv Labs, which was announced last month.
The leak also suggests the possibility of a fingerprint sensor. This comes with a rumor of the pulling out of Samsung’ battery provider because of the Galaxy Note 7 disaster. We’ll update you if we get to hear anything more about the alleged device. Furthermore, the Galaxy S8 will rock a 6GB RAM keeping up with the current trend in the market.
