Planned Parenthood in Ohio files suit after report on fetal disposal

DeWine had planned to file an injunction in state court to prevent Planned Parenthood from disposing of fetal remains as its affiliates have done.

The Ohio attorney general’s office said Friday that an investigation has found that either Planned Parenthood or companies with which it contracts in the state have disposed of aborted fetal parts in a landfill.

Attorneys for Planned Parenthood claim they learned of DeWine’s allegations through a press conference rather than through any formal communication with the Ohio Department of Health (ODH).
