‘She’s right here!’: Kim Kardashian West pronounces start of third little one

The unusual name does bear relevance to the couple, as rapper West grew up in the Windy City.

While the newest Kardashian’s name may be uncommon, the West’s are no strangers to choosing unlikely baby names.

‘North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister’.

Several Chicago sports teams also reacted to the news, including the White Sox, who shared a photo of their name using the same font Kardashian employed to announce the name.

“Kanye came up with the name and Kim loved it the significance behind the name”. Her post featured her baby’s name in bold letters, followed by the date and time she was born – and even her weight of 7 lbs., 6 oz. The pair’s daughter was born on January 15 and weighed 7lbs 6oz.

Kardashian West carried and gave birth to her older children but was advised against getting pregnant again because of possible medical complications.

And one more reaction asked, “Chicago West isn’t a community college?”

Khloé Kardashian weighed in on the choice, tweeting, “I LOOOOOOOOOOVE her name”, with a bunch of heart-eyes emoji.

They’ve definitely stuck to the trend of unique baby names. Kanye is from Chicago so perhaps he is just paying homage to his hometown. While she often calls her first-born Nori or Northie, and her son Sainty, it looks like they’ll be calling the youngest “Chi” (pronounced SHY). The mom of three added that North was “really excited” to welcome the baby.

Kardashian finished her post thanking her gestational carrier, describing the couples wonderful relationship with her, and debunking the idea that having a carrier is emotionally easy.
