Chris Stapleton’s extraordinary year continued with his first Grammy wins for best country album (“Traveller”) and best country solo performance for the title track.

Swift, who won two awards in the pre-telecast, wore a glittery one-piece with a long slit on each side of her body as she sang her pop smash. “Not done yet”, the Canadian singer, who is performing the song at the live show, tweeted to his fans after his win. “Put your hands up”.

She then moved from the main stage to a smaller one to finish the song.

He also shared the best music video win for Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood”, which he collaborated on. Red carpet coordinator Sara Labb, above, is just one of a veritable army of pros on the Grammys crew who make the awards show work.

Ricky Martin took Best Latin Pop Album for “A Quien Quiera Escuchar”, which is only his second ever Grammy win and his first since claiming Best Latin Pop Performance for “Vuelve” back in 1998.

Alabama Shakes shook up the rock categories and took three awards: alternative music album for Sound & Color as well as rock song and rock performance for Don’t Wanna Fight.

Jason Isbell captured a couple of Grammys – best American roots song for 24 Frames and Americana album for Something More Than Free – and made sure to thank his wife each time.
