The Jim Harbaugh Aura Vanishes After Ugly Michigan Loss

The contest against the Wolverines will be Penn State’s third primetime game of 2017 after taking on Georgia State and Iowa under the lights. The Badgers once again have a top-10 scoring defense with an elite rushing attack led by Jonathan Taylor.

There is still a long time before the committee has to finalize the College Football Playoff bracket, but the Week 6 results could create significant shifts in thinking. The Spartans were one of the most disappointing teams in the country last season, finishing 3-9.

On Saturday, a group made up of about 20 players on the University of michigan’s football squad stood in a circle, with their heads and arms interlocked during the playing of “The Star-Spangled Banner” ahead of their rvalry match against Michigan State.

Yikes, it’s early. But my midseason prediction is Alabama, Clemson, Washington and … a Big Ten team to be named later. The Nittany Lions defeated Wisconsin in the Big Ten Championship Game and played USC in the Rose Bowl. To me, Higdon is the best runner on the team.
