Trump to meet with Colombian president at White House

May 07 11:49 2017

I went through two years of campaigning, and I’m telling you, no matter where I went, people were suffering so badly with the ravages of Obamacare.

In other words, this is also known as “Whitelash”; a rejection of everything passed by the first Black president by a reactionary reputed bigot. I’d feel sorry for Trump’s mouthpieces, but they chose to do those jobs.

Reviewing the president’s off-the-wall behavior a few days ago, Joe Scarborough, co-host of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” and before that a Republican Congressman, opened the discussion with the following disclaimer, “I’m not saying Donald Trump has dementia, but …”

And this is a great plan.

Don’t even get started on the wall.

Authorities have denied that extrajudicial killings have taken place, but human rights groups believe many deaths police attributed to vigilantes were carried out by assassins colluding with police. He promised that premiums and deductibles will come down under the AHCA. Yes, deductibles will be coming down. But judging from his initial overall performance, it is very likely that within two years a “Trump doctrine” will have emerged that would be the combined result of both practise and ideology.

That was smart and makes sense for the American worker – we should treat individual countries the way they treat us.

In addition to putting the country even closer to harm’s way, Mr. Duterte’s going off to Washington would also fly in the face of his frequent condemnation of foreign, specifically USA, interference in Philippine internal affairs and his denunciation of such instances in the Philippine experience with colonial rule and imperialism. They can’t stand him or anybody else, like me, who dares agree with him and supports him. An unbelievable amount of talent.

Sir, has anyone told you that you can stop campaigning now? Politicians love it because it allows them to put a time frame on short-term promises that is both short enough to convey urgency, but long enough to leave some distance between them and their promises, in the event that they can not follow through. But we have an unbelievable group of people standing behind me.

Rep. Tom MacArthur recalled the crippling medical bills his dad worked hard to pay off after his mom got cancer.

But President Trump is not going to sit back and let these attacks go unchallenged. We don’t have to talk about this unbelievable victory, wasn’t in unbelievable, so we don’t have to say it again.

Trump also killed the Transpacific Partnership, which essentially was an economic redistribution model with a region of the world that we compete with.

While the United States government has insisted on the virtues of the aerial spraying of potentially carcinogenic chemicals, Colombia has embarked on an ambitious crop substitution plan.

Well – yes, we may.

Some comrades in the news business might want to burn me at the stake for this. “You know, I spent my money”. It’s not working with Paul Ryan.

There remain many things to dislike about this president and his administration, but at this point we will have to recognize that criticism will need to be focused on specific issues. We have the Freedom Caucus.

To say that Trump’s first 100 days has been erratic could be viewed from this side as an understatement. Especially in the last day.

Mr. Duterte and his closest advisers in fact see in the criticisms against him and his administration signs of an impending attempt to remove him from office and to replace him with someone more tractable.

We just have developed a bond.

Brady thanked Congressman Mark Meadows for remaining “at the table, worked to bring our conference together”. The Times also has Peter Wehner, a former aide to Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush, as a contributing columnist. Now, it’s bigger than that. Look at the new tax reform proposal, which was supposed to be his strength and priority. Don’t forget, Obamacare took 17 months. Trump misplayed a similar campaign event, New York’s Al Smith Dinner, with nasty rejoinders toward opponent Hillary Clinton and the wealthy, mainly Catholic crowd, rather than the usual self-deprecating humor.
