NIGHT: Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 20s. Lows in the lower 30s. We’ll go slightly cooler and mostly cloudy for Monday with highs in the mid 40s.

About 6 inches of snow is expected in a band that stretches from Council Bluffs to Waterloo.

The rain does come back late Monday into Tuesday and that’s when we could see some stronger thunderstorms in the forecast.
