Warriors Green makes fun of Cavaliers

“I think the focus, a lot of LeBron’s business interests, his Hollywood aspirations, his media ventures are base out there, and I wrote this a year ago and said it and believed it: The minute he won that championship in Cleveland he was liberated to leave again”.

Draymond Green couldn’t resist mocking LeBron James and the Cavaliers during the Warriors’ NBA championship parade Thursday. Indeed, James responded playfully with an Instagram post showing Green in the “Quickie” T-shirt with the caption: “That’s what she said, HUH?!?!?”

Wojnarowski added that the Miami Heat, with whom James won his first two NBA Championships, could also be a possibility.

It was none-too-subtle shot at the Cavs and a bit of revenge directed at LeBron, given the “Ultimate Warrior” shirt he wore past year after the Cavaliers came out victorious.

The Warriors’ victory tour continues Thursday afternoon with their championship parade through Oakland.

They also had good things to say about Finals MVP Kevin Durant, and eventually had respect for Green for ‘doing his job’.

When asked about the shirt and what his intent was, Draymond didn’t shy away from calling out LeBron James directly and reveling in the way the Warriors made “quick” work of the Cavaliers.

“I had a insane idea for a shirt, and I waited too long to try to get somebody to draw it up”.

The team’s young stars, including Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson, are expected to have lengthy National Basketball Association careers.

Russell Westbrook, James Harden and J.R. Smith all either liked, or commented on LeBron’s post – proving that the National Basketball Association remains the most fun league on social media. “He won his first championship two years later, in 1967, when another future Hall of Famer, Billy Cunningham, had joined the team”. Cleveland put up record breaking offensive numbers and beat The Golden State Warriors at their own game.

They are called the Golden State Warriors, but they don’t belong to all of California.

After a jump ball during the Finals game Monday, Green elbowed Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert in the face during Game 4.
